Business Partnership Terms & Conditions

1.   Eligibility
Mr. TOYS exclusively collaborates with registered business entities and legal entities .   Sales to private individuals or non-registered parties are strictly prohibited.

2.   Order Process
Step 1 : Confirm order quantities, product specifications, and transaction details with your designated Mr. TOYS Account Manager .
Step 2 : A Proforma Invoice will be issued upon mutual agreement of all terms.
Step 3 : Payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) is permissible only after the Buyer signs the official partnership agreement and accepts all stipulated terms and conditions.

3.   Payment Terms
All transactions require formal contractual approval prior to payment.
Accepted payment method: T/T (Bank Transfer) .
